Revisions were made to the Whitestown Youth Hockey Association By-Laws.  Election Runner will be utilized to cast your vote to the proposed revisions .  The revisions will be attached to the Election Ballot and are attached to this email as well.

Voting will start tomorrow (4/26/2021) at 8:00 a.m. and will run until Monday (5/3/2021) at 8:00 a.m.  

All votes are completely confidential.

You will receive an email invitation to vote via the email address that was used to register your player(s).

Voting is open to families in good standing with WYHA.

One vote per family.

Also, as a reminder, the Annual Meeting will be Tuesday, May 4th at 7:00 PM.  Attendance by the Membership will be virtual due to COVID restrictions.  A link to join virtually will be sent via email and will also be posted at https://www.whitestownyouthhockey.org/ prior to the meeting. The Annual Meeting Agenda is attached to this email.  If you have any questions regarding agenda items, please submit them at least 48 hours in advance prior to May 4, 2021 to: wyhainfo@gmail.com.
